The truss deck, also known as the reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves processing the main reinforcing steel in the factory using special equipment to form a steel truss, which is then welded to galvanized steel plates to create a unified structure. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plates, jointly bearing the weight of the concrete in the floor and the construction loads with the steel truss structure welded to the reinforcing steel in the structure. After pouring concrete, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands service loads during use.
