High filtration efficiency: Suitable for liquid-solid filtration, it can filter particles as small as 0.45 microns, and for gas-solid filtration, it can filter particles as small as 0.3 microns; with a filtration efficiency of 99.9% and low pressure difference. High regeneration efficiency: Simple gas-liquid rapid backflushing can efficiently and quickly regenerate clogged microporous tubes. After the filter tubes have been used for a period, chemical regeneration can be employed to extend their service life. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance: Microporous tubes are resistant to various acids, bases, salts, and most organic solvents, are non-toxic, odorless, and have no foreign matter leaching, making them highly suitable for applications in the medical, food, chemical, and environmental protection industries.

Polyethylene (PE)烧结滤芯 cleaning:
(1) Physical Cleaning: Remove the housing, backwash with pure water, then blow with 0.1 MPa compressed air. Typically clean 2-3 times.
(2) Chemical Cleaning: When physical cleaning methods are ineffective after extended use, soak the microporous PE tube and cavity in a 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 48 hours. Then, rinse thoroughly with incoming water, soak in a 5% hydrochloric acid solution for 4 hours, and backwash with pure water. Finally, use 0.1 MPa compressed air for backblowing.
