2. Our company uses fluoro-silicone rubber material, which is heat-pressed and shaped to produce the domestically developed fluoro-silicone rubber antifouling skirt. It is categorized into "antifouling skirt for DC suspended porcelain (glass) insulators" and "piling-type insulator antifouling skirt," collectively referred to as the antifouling skirt. It is bonded to the top of the original porcelain or glass skirt using a specialized adhesive (room-temperature vulcanized fluoro-silicone rubber), forming a composite insulator. By adjusting the number of bonding strips, it meets the requirements for increasing the creepage distance of suspended insulators and high-voltage electrical equipment. This product effectively enhances the "flashover" electricity in heavily polluted areas. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, rain flash resistance, hydrophobicity, and self-cleaning capabilities, while being lightweight and easy to install on-site.
3. Application Range of the Climbing Skirt:
3.1 Rainproof and anti-arc equipment for DC or AC power distribution, especially for equipment with an umbrella distance less than 70mm, it is recommended to use an increased climbing skirt as much as possible.
3.2 When the creepage distance of transmission and transformation equipment in contaminated areas no longer meets operational requirements, an increased creepage skirt is used as a remedial measure for adjusting the creepage.
3.3 In areas with severe contamination and insufficient climbing distance for transformer and distribution equipment, a combination of climbing skirts and anti-pollution flashover coatings can be used for adjustment.
