Water-based industrial coatings are self-compounded epoxy-modified waterborne resins through special technology. This product is a baked paint composed of waterborne resins, pigments, fillers, additives, and water, mixed with the base resin.

The product's coating achieves a decorative effect resembling aluminum-plastic panels, featuring metallic texture and luster; excellent retention of color and luster; the coating is tough, impact-resistant, and wear-resistant, with good scratch resistance; it boasts superior resistance to acids, alkalis, various chemicals, and salt mist; high hardness and good adhesion. The VOC residue in the paint film passes European environmental testing, making it popular among exporting companies.
Application Range
This paint is suitable for vehicles, metal packaging, especially various hardware items or metal accessories that have high requirements for surface performance.
Usage Instructions
Before painting, thoroughly mix the paint liquid, dilute with deionized water or clean tap water to achieve a 4-cup consistency for application that takes 40 to 50 seconds. Dilution rate: 0% to 10%.
2. This product can be applied by brushing, rolling, spraying, or dipping in various coating methods. The recommended film thickness is 15~25 um per coat (the drying time of the paint film will be extended if the application temperature is too low or the humidity is too high).
3. The wet film should be dried at room temperature for 15~30 minutes or pre-baked at 80℃ for 15 minutes before high-temperature baking to prevent the coating from bubbling.
Theoretical coating area: 12-15 square meters per kilogram
Storage and transportation
1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area at room temperature. The sealed storage period is 6 months; beyond this period, if the product meets the standards upon testing, it can still be used.
2. Prevent collisions and exposure to sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Effective antifreeze measures should be taken when temperatures fall below 0°C.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Hunan Deqian advises against mixing this product with paints from other brands.
2. Due to the gradual decrease in pH value during storage (normal pH range is 8.0-10.0), uneven dissolution or a decrease in viscosity observed during stirring is normal. Simply add an appropriate neutralizer while stirring until the mixture is well blended, and it can still be used normally.
