Custom Astronomical Dome
Technical Description:
Typical school observatories are built atop buildings (mainly due to the need for unobstructed views, which requires incorporating them into the building design). Access is gained via a spiral staircase from the lower level to the observatory's interior for stargazing or observation. However, many school rooftops have been completed without provisions for an observatory installation base. The traditional installation method involves installing a staircase in the room below, with a hole cut in the ceiling for access to the observatory's observation platform. The drawback to this approach is that it compromises the existing building's structural integrity and requires the use of the lower-level room.
Our unit can install an observatory on the roof based on the actual condition of the user's building, with a door directly on the sphere. This solution does not require damaging the overall structure of the building, occupying the lower rooms, or increasing construction costs and overall load (only the weight of the observatory dome is placed on the roof). Currently, this solution is suitable for installing observatories on the roofs of old buildings.
