Multi-functional Flower Pineapple-shaped Astronomical Dome
I. Feature Description
The advantages of the petal-shaped dome are that it not only changes the traditional function of a telescope dome as a single celestial observation, but also adds the capability of displaying fulldome celestial shows.
1. When the petal dome opens, the telescope can observe the actual cosmic sky through the opening in the rooftop hatch.
2. After the petal dome is closed, a simulated starry sky program can be projected inside the dome using the built-in digital planetarium.
II. Technical Requirements
The dome features a chain and gear transmission horizontally, consisting of a 12 o'clock roller and a 6 o'clock stopper wheel. The sphere can rotate freely in 360 degrees.
2. The main body is constructed with a double-layer steel frame structure, the outer layer being assembled from triangular-shaped components with uniform tensile and compressive forces, ensuring the overall strength and rigidity of the structure.
3. The dome features a three-lobed, petal-like opening structure, with each lobe housing two hoist transmission devices. The entire dome is equipped with a total of six lobe transmission devices. When all three petals are fully open, observations can be conducted.
The opening should reach 3-4 meters in diameter, fully satisfying observations of the entire celestial sphere. It is equipped with rain, dust, ice prevention, typhoon resistance, and rollover prevention devices. It has both electrical and mechanical dual safety features, with wind resistance up to 12 grades.

1. Filled with high-quality, eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton between the outer and inner layers, distributed evenly for optimal sound performance. The material is durable and features a dust cover with good light-blocking properties.
2. The inner canopy cover is made of microporous aluminum panel with a thickness of 0.8mm. A high-quality diffused reflective coating is applied to the microporous aluminum panel, ensuring a reflectivity greater than 85%, with no more than 10% of the micropores being blocked.
High-gloss reflective coatings are applied through a special high-temperature process and do not flake off.
3. Sky Screen Panel: The mask is made of a micro-perforated aluminum panel that meets the acoustical and optical requirements for dome cinema movie projection. The aperture size and distribution of the holes are designed to comply with acoustic needs to satisfy the requirements of the cinema's acoustic field.
