I. Appearance Requirements
1. Astronomical dome, ultra-hemispheric, aesthetically pleasing and generous.
2. The surface panel is flat and intact.
3. Outer Leather: 1mm alumina plate, seamless and integrated appearance, good sealing performance at joints, no leakage.
Section 2: Inner Mongolia Requirements
The surface plate is flat and smooth with even coloration and no blemishes.
Inner Mongolia board: Metal plate used.
III. Performance Requirements
1. The astronomical dome is composed of a sphere and a double-layered skylight.
2. The entire astronomical dome is mounted on a base with roller drive, which can be freely rotated 360 degrees horizontally under electric control.
3. After the installation of the celestial dome skylight, the opening and closing of the skylight should be smooth and steady.
4. The astronomical dome base transmission and the opening and closing of the astronomical dome window are both controlled by buttons, for easy operation.
When the astronomical dome skylight is fully open, the telescope can observe the actual starry sky through the open skylight aperture. After the astronomical dome skylight is fully closed,
Internally configurable high-definition digital planetarium dome projector can display simulated starry sky programs within the dome interior, achieving the functionality of an observatory (hall) dome cinema.
5. The celestial dome rotates in less than or equal to 10 minutes.
6. The sunroof opening time ≤ 8 minutes.
7. Roof closure time ≤ 8 minutes.
IV. Structural Requirements
1. The steel frame is constructed by welding 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm square steel bars.
2. The track base is welded from 14mm steel plate.
3. The track reinforcing panel is made by welding 4mm steel plate.
4. The overall frame experiences uniform tensile forces, with both the inner and outer spheres supported by a subframe structure.
V. Transmission System Requirements
1. The celestial dome features horizontal transmission with multi-point support, and is equipped with a windproof wheel to provide typhoon resistance.
2. The astronomical dome can rotate left and right by 360 degrees, equipped with a reducer and a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor. The structure is rational, the safety performance is good, and the rotation is smooth and stable.
3. The sunroof features a chain-driven mechanical up/down operation, equipped with a reducer and a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor. The structure is rational, ensuring smooth and stable opening and closing operation.
