Multi-functional Classic Flower-shaped Astronomical Dome
I. Function Description:
The advantages of the petal-shaped observatory dome are that it revolutionizes the traditional function of a single celestial body observation, by adding the feature of a planetarium dome show.
1. When the petal dome opens, the telescope allows for observation of the actual cosmic sky through the observatory's aperture.
2. After the petal dome is closed, a simulated sky show can be presented inside the dome using the built-in digital planetarium.
II. Technical Requirements
The dome utilizes chain and gear transmission horizontally, featuring a 12 o'clock roller and a 6 o'clock limit roller assembly. The sphere can rotate freely in 360 degrees.
The main body is constructed with a double-layer steel frame structure, with the outer layer assembled from line-shaped beams that distribute forces and tensions evenly, ensuring the overall strength and rigidity of the structure.
The dome features a three-lobed, petal-like opening structure. Each lobe contains two hoisting and lowering transmission devices. The entire dome is equipped with a total of six window transmission devices. When all three petals are fully open, the observation opening is observed.
The diameter requirement is 3-4 meters, fully capable of meeting observations of the entire celestial sphere. When the skylight is closed, the内蒙古board surface must be flush with the remainder of the spherical base, with even seams. It is equipped with rainproof, dustproof, anti-icing, typhoon-proof, and rollover prevention devices, offering both electrical and mechanical dual safety. Its wind resistance reaches 12 levels.

1. Filled with high-quality, environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton between the outer and inner layers, distributed evenly for optimal sound performance. The material is durable and the dust cover offers excellent light-blocking properties.
2. The inner sunshade canopy is made of microporous aluminum panel, with a thickness of 0.8mm. A high-quality, high-specular reflective coating is sprayed onto the microporous aluminum panel, ensuring a reflectivity greater than 85%, with no more than 10% of the micropores blocked.
High-gloss reflective coatings are applied through a special high-temperature process, ensuring they do not peel off.
3. Sky Screen Panel: The mask is made of a micro-perforated aluminum plate that meets the acoustical and optical requirements for dome cinema movie projection. The aperture size and distribution of the holes are designed to comply with acoustic specifications, to fulfill the requirements of the cinema's acoustic field.
