Performance Features
Sampling rate from 200 MSPS to 1 MSPS with adaptive adjustment, allowing for in-depth observation of waveform change details of the tested item.
The measurable inductance ranges down to 10uH, accommodating the majority of coil testing requirements.
Signal processing module built on ARM11+FPGA, offering rapid processing speed
Employing model prediction, signal separation, and various digital signal processing algorithms, achieving high repeatability in measurements
Synchronously measure parameters such as inductance L, damping ratio, and Q-value to achieve comprehensive analysis of coil performance.
With corona peak value, total quantity, discharge counts, etc., quantitative measurement functions
This series of coil analyzer is suitable for measuring various types of coils, including motor coils (three-phase motors), transformers, small inductive coils, miniature motors, and relay coils. The instrument automatically stores standard sample waveform settings (area, area difference, frequency, corona, inductance) on a computer and compares them with the measured item to determine if it meets the requirements of the standard sample. Compared to the traditional oscilloscope graphical observation method, it more directly reflects the subtle quality changes of the test product through computer data processing, offering a more intuitive approach.
