Direct current low resistance can be tested in two-wire or four-wire configuration.
DC resistance balance determination: In a three-phase winding motor, if the DC resistance is unbalanced, it may cause rotational imbalance, leading to poor quality after long-term use. The CS9982 can subtract the high value from the low value of the winding resistance. If it does not exceed the set value, it is a good product; otherwise, it is a defective product.
Based on set parameters, it can automatically calculate the phase resistance and voltage withstand test for Δ/Y type three-phase motors, featuring an ARC (Arc Fault) detection function to determine if there is a short circuit between the coil layers.
High-voltage testing features GFI protection, which immediately cuts off the tester's high-voltage output in case of electric shock to operators outside of operation, ensuring personnel safety.
Features a safety electrical insulation wall, capable of automatically detecting whether the input power is correct.
Features automatic voltage stabilization; output voltage remains unchanged regardless of the external load; during testing, the instrument automatically adjusts the output voltage to the set value.
After DC withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests are completed, the tester can rapidly discharge within 0.2 seconds.
Output voltage features undervoltage alarm function; if the output voltage is abnormal, the tester will emit an alarm signal.
