Product Description:
The eddy current separator is composed of parts such as magnetic rollers, feeding belts, drive drums, and the main frame. The magnetic rollers rotate at high speed to generate a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, which can induce eddy currents within non-ferrous metals. The magnetic field produced by these eddy currents is opposite to the original field, causing the non-ferrous metals to be repelled and jump out along the feeding belt, thereby achieving the separation.
Technical Advantages:
1. Ideal for harsh conditions and fine particle materials, featuring a magnetic separation angle of 60° for a larger sorting area and improved separation efficiency.
2. Utilizes high residual magnetism and high coercivity materials for the magnetic system, featuring a demagnetization resistance of no more than 1% after ten years. Reliable magnetic system filling techniques and sturdy protection ensure lifelong maintenance-free operation.
3. Individual components within the main frame are processed separately, featuring a modular assembly structure for the entire unit, reducing welding distortion, vibration resistance, and easy maintenance.
4. Special machining of bearing housing with fins to reduce bearing temperature rise and extend bearing service life.
5. Rear cleaning roller mechanism, continuously clearing adhesive materials from the belt surface, enhancing sorting efficiency.
6. The magnetic roller bearing housing is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, ensuring reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
7. Both the belt drum motor and magnetic roller motor use SEW imported motors.
