Description

Closed-cell rubber sponge is an elastic material with excellent properties such as softness, resistance to bending, cold and heat resistance, flame retardancy, waterproofing, low thermal conductivity, shock absorption, and noise absorption. It is widely used in industries such as central air conditioning, construction, chemicals, medicine, light industry and textiles, metallurgy, ships, vehicles, and electrical appliances, for various cold and hot medium pipelines and containers, achieving the effect of reducing cold and heat loss. Moreover, due to its ease of installation, clean and attractive appearance, and lack of pollution, it is a high-quality, cross-century, new-generation thermal insulation material.

(1) Green and Environmental-Friendly橡塑Foam Insulation Material:橡塑Insulation Materials are non-hazardous, causing no skin irritation or health risks. They prevent mold growth, protect against pests or rodent chewing, and are acid and alkali-resistant, offering superior performance. These features make橡塑the ideal thermal insulation material for protecting pipelines, preventing corrosion due to atmospheric media or industrial environments. They contain no harmful chlorofluorocarbons that are detrimental to the atmosphere, comply with ISO 14000 international environmental certification standards, and thus do not produce any pollutants harmful to human health during installation and use.

For complex components like valves, tees, elbows, etc., the plates can be cut to shape and wrapped around for bonding, ensuring the integrity of the entire system and thus maintaining its insulating properties. Moreover, due to the smooth and flat surface of the rubber and the excellent performance of the material itself, an additional vapor barrier or protective layer is not required, which reduces construction hassle and ensures an aesthetically pleasing and flat appearance.

(8) The rubber and plastic foam thermal insulation material boasts a beautiful and even appearance. It features high elasticity, a smooth surface, and soft texture. It can maintain its integrity and attractiveness even when installed on irregular components like elbows, tees, valves, etc. No additional decoration is needed on the surface, and it can still retain an excellent look even without a ceiling.

Notice for applying adhesive on rubber and plastic foam thermal insulation materials:

1. Shake the container before use to ensure the glue is evenly mixed. During actual installation, use a small amount of glue to prevent rapid evaporation. If necessary, transfer the contents from the large container to the small one. Seal the lid when not in use.

2. Use a short, stiff bristle brush.

2. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both ends of the material.

3. *The natural curing time of the adhesive is 3-10 minutes, which varies depending on the adhesive grade, atmospheric temperature and humidity. Exposure time exceeding 20 minutes is invalid.

4. Allow the glue to dry naturally before use. The correct method to check for dryness is the "finger touch test." Gently touch the glue surface with your finger; if your finger does not stick to the material surface and there is no sticky sensation, the bonding can proceed.

5. Simply align and hold the two surfaces of the adhesive joint together for a moment during bonding.

6. If the item has been stored for too long, causing the two surfaces to stick together without adhesion when placed together, please repeat steps 2-6.

7. Typically, one kilogram of rubber-plastic adhesive can cover two square meters of bonding surface.

8. Typically, the adhesive should not be used below 5℃. When working in an environment of 5℃ to 10℃, please store the adhesive indoors at 20℃ and retrieve it when needed.

9. When joining two materials under pressure, there's no need to wait for the adhesive to dry. Use a wet bonding method by first placing the materials in the installation location. Apply adhesive to the material interfaces, adjust the two materials correctly, and they will quickly bond securely in the positions you designed.

10. Inspect the bonding strength between the adhesive and the anti-rust paint for protecting the iron pipes. Curing time: Refers to the time between applying the adhesive and the material bonding.

Factors affecting the determination of insulation material thickness for rubber foam thermal insulation:

The higher the ambient temperature, the thicker the material.

2. The higher the relative humidity, the thicker the material.

3. The lower the medium temperature, the thicker the material.
