Production Process
1. Common alumina-silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by blowing, from the melting of hard clay clinker in a resistance furnace.


2. High-alumina alumina silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting a material composed of high-purity alumina and silica powder in a resistance furnace and then blowing it.


3. Zirconium-containing silicate alumina wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting high-purity alumina, silicon stone powder, and zirconia sand in a resistance furnace and blowing it.


4. Calcium silicate wool with adhesive, which is made by adding a certain proportion of binder during the spray blowing process of the aforementioned wool.
