Alumina Silicate Fiber Mat, made primarily from bauxite, is produced through a process of melting, spinning (with the addition of an appropriate binder during the spinning process), curing in a curing chamber, and cutting. The entire process is automatically controlled by a PLC, ensuring a single formation of the product.Insulation materialsUsed for high-temperature storage tanks, pipe insulation, etc.
Production Process
1. Common aluminum silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by blowing, from the melt of hard clay clinker in a resistance furnace.
2. High-alumina aluminum silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting a mixture of high-purity alumina and silicon stone powder in a resistance furnace and then blowing it.
3. Zirconium-containing alumina silicate wool is a fluffy fiber produced by melting a mixture of high-purity alumina, silicon stone powder, and zirconium sand in a resistance furnace and then blowing it.
4. Silicone-alumina fiber with binder, which is made by adding a certain proportion of binder during the spray blowing process of the aforementioned fiber.
