Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, achieving the flipping of the worktable to accomplish the placement of items on the worktable.
Parts can be flipped 0-90 degrees to achieve the goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The work surface is made of steel plates ranging from 16 to 25mm in thickness, based on tonnage and table size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board with a thickness of 10 to 20mm is laid on the surface, which protects the surface of the workpiece machinery and reduces direct damage to the workbench, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold turning machine.
Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine includes a deep blue ripple paint for the base, a yellow ripple paint for the flipping worktable, and black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, featuring a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is very convenient.
Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with an automatic locking function during power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, clamping the motor shaft. At this point, the motor stops rotating, and the worktable will also stop flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, in addition to the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is also installed with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment, featuring power failure self-locking functionality.

Pressing the forward or reverse rotation button rotates the worktable forward or reverse accordingly; release it to stop the worktable.
The electrical system consists of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main electrical cabinet, etc.
Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
