• Equipment Introduction

Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, which accomplishes the tilting of the worktable, thereby achieving the transfer of workpieces on the worktable.

Workpiece can be flipped 0~180 degrees to achieve the goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.

The workbench is made of steel plates ranging from 16~25mm in thickness, based on the tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the workbench's ability to withstand workpieces. The surface is covered with wear-resistant PP boards ranging from 10~20mm in thickness, which protects the equipment surface of the workpieces and reduces direct damage to the workbench, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.

Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip-over worktable, and black paint for warning purposes.

Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.

 Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, clamping the motor shaft. At this point, the motor stops rotating immediately, and the worktable also stops flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, apart from the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is also fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment, featuring power failure self-locking functionality.

• Equipment Features

Mechanical self-locking structure, locks immediately upon stopping, will not reverse due to power failure.

Key components are laser-cut and precision machined to avoid errors from manual production, ensuring the equipment operates smoothly.

Optional signal tower lights with different colored signals displayed during operation and standby. An alarm beep sound is emitted during operation.

The control circuit is fully equipped with 24V safe voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Utilizing industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer.

Multiple limit stops and mechanical locking ensure safe operation.

Equipped with line or remote control handle, allowing for long-distance operation with safety and reliability.

Connected using industrial sockets for safety and reliability, featuring easy portability.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the workbench in the respective direction; release to stop.

The electrical system consists of a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, main electrical box, and more.

Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
