Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment uses an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, achieving the rotation of the worktable to reach the purpose of flipping the worktable on it.
The workpiece can be flipped from 0 to 180 degrees to achieve the operation goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the workbench by the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip-over worktable, complemented by black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: The equipment is easy to operate, with a compact structure, achieving a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic lock-up function during power failure. Upon power loss, the motor's anti-lock system activates immediately, securing the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating and the worktable to halt its flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, the motor is equipped with electromagnetic braking, and the machine is installed with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and power failure self-locking functionality.
