Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, enabling the flipping of the worktable, thereby achieving the placement of items on the worktable.
The workpiece can be flipped 0~180 degrees to achieve the operation goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The work surface is made from 16~25mm thick steel plate, based on the tonnage and table size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for the workpiece. A 10~20mm thick wear-resistant PP board is laid on the surface, protecting the equipment surface of the workpiece and reducing direct damage to the workbench by the workpiece, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine is a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip worktable, complemented with black paint for warning effect.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking mechanism that activates upon power failure. In the event of a power outage, the motor's anti-lock system immediately engages, securely locking the motor shaft. Consequently, the motor stops rotating immediately, and the worktable ceases to flip, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, besides the electromagnetic brake on the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and an automatic lock function upon power failure.
