Tinned Copper绞线 - Copper绞线 Product Category: Copper绞线
Tinned copper stranded wire is denoted as TJX or TJRX, which involves a uniform layer of tin applied to the single strands of the bare copper stranded wire. This process is used to protect the copper from rusting, providing corrosion resistance, easy soldering, and oxidation resistance. Tinned copper stranded wire comes in two types, soft and hard, known as tinned hard copper stranded wire and tinned soft copper stranded wire, respectively. The tinning of the copper stranded wire does not affect the wire's conductivity or tensile strength.
Tinned copper stranded wire specifications and performance:
Tinned copper stranded wire (hard and medium hard) is produced using oxygen-free copper rods electrolytically tinned, then multi-strand drawn simultaneously and continuously annealed. The tinning surface is smooth and continuous, free of any defects that would affect product performance. Inspection standards for tinned copper wire/tinned round copper wire:
The tin coating should be continuous, and the surface of the sample after testing with sodium polysulfide solution should not turn black, or after testing with ammonium sulfate solution, the color of the test solution should not be darker than that of the standard color comparison solution. Method of indicating tin-coated copper stranded wire:
In accordance with the requirements of the Chinese GB standard, tin-plated hard copper stranded wire is denoted as "TX," while tin-plated soft copper stranded wire is indicated as "TRX." For instance, a 35-square-millimeter tin-plated hard copper stranded wire is represented as "TJX35," and a 50-square-millimeter tin-plated soft copper stranded wire is noted as "TJRX50."
