Copper bar material TU1, TU2, T1, T2 Tin-plated copper bars, TMY copper bars, grounding copper bars, distribution board copper bars. The copper bars are made from oxygen-free copper rods extruded into shape, offering excellent machinability to meet stamping, bending, and forming design requirements. The surface can be treated for corrosion resistance, such as nickel plating, tin plating, and zinc plating. The corrosion resistance of the nickel layer can reach 72 hours in a mist test. The surface tin is environmentally friendly and lead-free, supporting welding. T2 copper bars are primarily used in communication cabinets, transformers, charging stations, and box-type substations.
Cupronickel, also known as high-purity cupronickel, is pure copper with a fine microstructure and low oxygen content. Particularly, the mold surfaces undergo high precision electroerosion etching in terms of porosity, one-millimeter sand, porosity, and conductivity. After heat treatment, the electrodes are non-directional, suitable for下垂 and fine polishing, and possess good thermoelectric properties, workability, ductility, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. If the storage conditions for the mold copper are not stringent, they should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from acidic or alkaline corrosive materials, or coated with rust-inhibiting oil.
