The aluminum-zinc plated steel surface features a unique smooth, flat, and elegant star pattern, with a base color of silver white. The special coating structure provides excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the aluminum-zinc plated steel can reach 25 years, and it has good heat resistance, suitable for high-temperature environments up to 315℃; the coating has good adhesion with the paint film, offering excellent processing properties, including stamping, cutting, and welding; and it exhibits good surface conductivity.
The coating composition, by weight, is made up of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. The production process of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets is similar to that of galvanized steel sheets and aluminum sheets, employing a continuous molten coating process. Sheets with a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating exhibit corrosion resistance when both sides are exposed to the same environment, compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance, the color coated products also feature good adhesion and flexibility.
