Nano-corrosion-proof thermal insulation board is a new type of refractory and thermal insulation material made with micro/nano-scale heat transfer technology, featuring characteristics such as inhibiting the thermal motion of gas molecules.
Composite reflective insulation boards are a new type of fire-resistant and heat-insulating material. Currently, they have been applied in the refractory material fields of steel packages and boilers in many well-known domestic steel companies. They are actively expanding into the refractory and heat-insulating material sectors of the construction materials, petrochemical, thermal power generation, low-temperature engineering, household appliances, and food processing industries. Additionally, they are engaging in international business and entering foreign markets.
Based on micro/nano-scale thermodynamics, the development of a new nano-SiO2 aluminum foil composite reflective insulation technology has secured multiple national invention patents and provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological achievements and awards. It is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly product and technology supported by national and international innovation funds from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. This technology can replace traditional insulation materials, opening up a new path for insulation technology.
