Product Description
Energy-saving integrated package units with no additional accessories, easy to operate and maintain, long service life for various wear parts, leading technical performance domestically, equivalent to the advanced level of similar foreign compressors, capable of replacing similar imported products.
Six major product series, nearly a hundred specifications and varieties. Lubrication methods include pressure and spray. Product structures include single-cylinder vertical, double-cylinder vertical, and symmetrical balanced. Product types include fixed, mobile, and various marine liquefied gas compressors. Displacement ranges from 0.2m³/min to 10m³/min, with exhaust pressure from 0.8Mpa to 2.6Mpa, meeting the needs of different regions and seasons for loading, unloading, conveying, filling, and process pressure boosting at grade 3 and 2 stations, fire pits, docks, gas stations, industrial stations, and refineries.
Utilizing the latest PLC control system, with remote touchscreen display and monitoring, ensures the compressor operates with enhanced reliability. Monitoring features include: alarm and shutdown for high or low intake pressure; alarm and shutdown for low oil pressure; alarm and shutdown for exhaust pressure at all levels; alarm and shutdown for low water pressure; and overload alarm and shutdown for the motor.
Product Application Features:
The working medium of the liquefied gas reciprocating compressor is civil liquefied gas or a similar gas. It is mainly used for boosting liquefied gas or gases with similar properties, and can also be used for vacuum extraction. Therefore, this type of compressor is a key facility for urban, industrial, wharf liquefied gas storage and transportation stations, liquefied gas bottling plants, and liquefied gas refueling stations for vehicles. Structural Features
The ZW series and CZW series liquefied gas reciprocating compressors are vertical, single-acting, air-cooled, oil-free lubricated, and piston-type. Our factory's liquefied gas series compressors feature oil-free lubrication for cylinders and packing components, ensuring the purity of the working medium. The crankshaft, connecting rod, and crosshead components are pressure-lubricated (flood-lubricated) to ensure reliable lubrication.
