I. Product Overview
The trough mixer is used for blending powdered or paste-like materials, ensuring uniform mixing of different materials. It features horizontal trough mixing with a single paddle and a stirring paddle with a through shaft design for easy cleaning. The contact areas with the material are all made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, and the mixing trough can be automatically flipped for unloading. It is widely applicable for dry powder and paste mixing in industries such as food, chemicals, and electronics.
II. Product Features
1. Good dispersion: The slot-type mixer resolves issues such as uneven mixing and dead corners caused by the different specific gravities of materials.
2. Wide Application Range: The slot mixing machine can meet the production requirements of dry powder mortar with different performance specifications.
3. Low Investment: The channel-type mixer offers significant price advantages, with a low investment and quick returns.
4. Simple and Convenient to Use: The slot-type mixer features a small footprint, easy operation, low energy consumption, and high yield.
5. Long Service Life: The vulnerable parts of the groove-type mixer are all made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, ensuring a long service life.
III. Usage Instructions
1. Prior to operation, the trough-type mixer should undergo an empty run test. Before the test, inspect the tightness of all machine connections, the lubricant level in the reducer, and the integrity of the motor equipment. Then, close the main power switch and perform an empty run test. Press the reverse feed and reset buttons individually to check for proper operation. Proceed with processing after confirming they meet the above requirements (the reverse feed and reset buttons should not be used simultaneously).
2. After feeding the mixer, the cover plate of the trough must be securely closed to prevent material from spilling out. The cover is made of acrylic for observing the mixing process. Once the mixing is effective, press the reverse feed button to start discharging. Stop as the hopper approaches the base to avoid damaging the machinery. After discharging is complete, press the reset button to return the trough to its original position.
