Section II: Product Principle
The machine is equipped with an electric motor and a reducer at one end. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer via a belt, which then transmits it to the V-bucket through a coupling. This causes the V-bucket to continuously rotate, agitating the material inside the bucket up, down, left, and right.
The mixer's unique blending drum structure ensures even mixing, high efficiency, and no material accumulation; the entire machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
III. Performance Structure

4. Product Application

Due to the smooth material flow within the mixer's cylinder, the original shape of the material is not damaged, making the V-type mixer also ideal for blending fragile, abrasive granular materials, or finer powders, blocks, and materials with some moisture content. V. Maintenance Usage
Operation Instructions for the V-Type Blender:
First, open the mixing machine's feed port and ensure the discharge port is closed. Add the specified amount of material into the V-shaped drum as per the process control requirements. After adding the material, close the feed port and secure it to prevent material from spilling during mixing. Then, it's time for the machine to operate. Press the power button, activate the mixer, and adjust the motor speed to the process-defined speed for mixing. Once the mixing time reaches the process规定的 time, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When stopping, position the discharge port of the mixer directly downward, and set the motor speed button to 0. The V-shaped mixer will stop rotating, and the power will be disconnected. Finally, it's time to discharge the material: open the feed port of the V-shaped mixer, use the specified container to load the material at the discharge port until the material in the hopper is completely discharged.
There are many things to pay attention to during the installation and operation of the V-blended mixer, which is beneficial for maintaining the V-blended mixer and extending its service life.
Installation: Place the machine flat, secure the machine feet, level it, allowing the machine to operate smoothly.
2. Prior to use, ensure all necessary lubrication points are properly oiled. Then, perform an unloaded operation to check for loose fasteners, electrical functionality, and mechanical operation. In case of any anomalies, conduct repairs and adjustments.
3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover to add material. Do not exceed the specified volume. Then, securely close the feeding cover and start the machine for operation. If any abnormalities are detected during the process, the machine must be stopped and inspected immediately.
4. Replaceable varieties must ensure the inner and outer bins are thoroughly cleaned.
