I. Product Introduction
TwoTwo-dimensional motion mixer, also known as a two-axis mixer, is a mixer where the drum can move in two directions simultaneously. The two movement directions are the rotation of the drum and the swinging motion of the drum with the swing frame. As the drum rotates, flips, and mixes, it also undergoes back-and-forth mixing movements due to the drum's swinging. Under the combined effect of these two movements, materials are thoroughly mixed in a short period. Widely used for mixing powdery and granular materials. Features include quick mixing, large mixing capacity, and easy discharge.
II. Working Principle
The two-dimensional mixer is composed of three main parts: the drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four rolling wheels, and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support wheels, two drive wheels are powered by the rotation power system, causing the drum to rotate. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported by a bearing assembly on the machine frame, allowing the drum to rotate while also participating in swinging, ensuring thorough mixing of the material inside the drum.

The second rotation employs a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a worm gear reducer. Compared to traditional mixers, it has no material accumulation at the bottom, is non-polluting, and is easy to clean, meeting GMP requirements.
While in operation, under the combined action of the rotating and oscillating mechanisms, the feeding cylinder rotates while also oscillating, thereby ensuring thorough mixing of the material inside.
The equipment is configurable with an automatic vacuum feeding machine and interface, facilitating material loading, shortening operation time, high efficiency, and low cost.
