Aluminum fin volatile stamping oil is a lubricant product developed for the refrigeration industry, specifically for high-speed stamping presses used in aluminum fin fabrication, copper tube bending, and expansion forming. These presses originally used high-viscosity stamping oil for the stamping process of fins, and the stamping oil on the fin surface was typically cleaned with chlorinated solvents to ensure the fin's heat transfer efficiency.
The volatile stamping oil meets environmental and food safety requirements and is suitable for stamping and stretching processes of aluminum foil aviation fast-food boxes, aluminum foil containers, and other products that come into contact with food. It features a low boiling point base oil with excellent volatility and annealing cleanliness. It offers superior lubricating properties and good forming capabilities for all types of aluminum, allowing for larger flange heights in aluminum holes.
Volatile Oil Applications
Flushing stamping oil is widely used for copper, aluminum and its alloys, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, silicon steel sheets, galvanized, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. It is used in various plastic forming operations such as extrusion, stamping, and drawing of metals. For stamping silicon steel sheets and stainless steel, the concentration should be slightly increased.
Air Conditioning Fin Maintenance:
1. Simply flush up and down using tap water, but avoid internal flushing. The fan motor of the outdoor unit is waterproof and can be safely ignored. The purpose is to prevent water from entering the motor bearings, which could lead to poor lubrication.
2. Use a long-haired brush to wash up and down with water.
3. If contaminated by oil stains, you must purchase an air conditioner cleaner for cleaning.
