Aluminum fin volatilized stamping oil is a lubricant product developed for the refrigeration industry, specifically for high-speed stamping presses used in aluminum fin processing, copper tube bending, and expansion forming. These presses originally used high-viscosity stamping oil for the stamping process of fins, and the stamping oil on the fin surface was typically cleaned with chlorinated solvents to ensure the fin's heat transfer efficiency.
This product is a non-washable stamping oil. It is compounded from high-purity volatile base oil, volatile antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and other additives. It is a process oil used for stamping, cold rolling, punching, stretching, rolling, and bending of aluminum foil fins, cold-rolled sheets, and copper tubes. It is suitable for the processing of aluminum foil fins and copper components in air conditioner radiators.
The cutting oil is especially suitable for high-intensity operations such as punching, stamping, threading, and slotting. It is also highly effective for plastic forming processes. The product contains refined oiliness agents, rust inhibitors, and various additives, offering excellent hydrophilicity and workability, as well as excellent mold protection properties.
Air Conditioner Fin Maintenance:
1. Simply flush up and down using tap water, but avoid internal flushing. The fan motor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is waterproof, so you can rest assured. Just prevent water from entering the motor bearings to avoid poor lubrication.
2. Use a long-haired brush to wash up and down with water.
3. If contaminated by oil stains, you must purchase an air conditioner cleaner for cleaning.
