Breeding Pig Testing Station Testing Principle
The Yangzhou Muxin intelligent boar testing system utilizes RFID passive electronic ear tags for identification, recognizing the identity of each pig entering the station and dynamically measuring and recording their feeding process continuously. Each testing station in the system is equipped with a measuring unit, capable of housing 12 to 15 testing pigs. Upon the entry of the testing boars with electronic ear tags into the testing station for feeding, the station immediately identifies the electronic ear tag number. The station establishes a testing record for each individual based on the ear tag. After the feeding process concludes, the system automatically calculates, records, and measures the time of entry and exit of the testing boars, as well as the amount of feed consumed. While the testing boars are feeding, they stand on individual weight scales, which record their weight during this feeding session. According to the pigs' habits, each testing boar enters the testing station for feeding approximately 12 to 15 times a day, sorted by grade. The system automatically accumulates the amount of feed consumed by each boar for each feeding session, forming the daily feed intake, and updates the database. The weight data recorded for each boar each day, after computerized summary analysis and calculation, is used as the daily weight of the testing boars, serving as the data basis for calculating daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio.
