Sow Testing Station Determination Principle
The Yangzhou Muxin Intelligent Pig Breeding System utilizes RFID passive electronic ear tags for identification, recognizing the individual identity of each pig entering the station, and dynamically measuring and recording their feeding process continuously. Each measurement pen in the system is equipped with a measurement station, which can accommodate 12 to 15 measurement pigs. When the measurement sows with electronic ear tags enter the feeding station, the station immediately identifies the electronic ear tag number. Based on the ear tag, the station establishes a measurement record for each individual. After the feeding process is completed, the system automatically calculates, records, and measures the time the sows enter and exit the station, as well as their feeding amount. While the sows are feeding, they stand on individual weight scales, which record their weight during this feeding session. According to pig habits, each measurement sow enters the feeding station for feeding approximately 12 to 15 times a day, sorted by grade. The system automatically accumulates each sow's feeding amount to form the daily feeding amount, updates the database, and uses the data from the computer's summary analysis and calculation of each sow's weight every day as the basis for daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio calculations.

The sow growth performance automatic measurement system can accurately determine various precise data during the growth process of sows, automatically generate various reports, and automatically draw growth performance curves. It provides index parameters for sow selection and breeding, and can also compare and select formula feed based on the precise data of actual feeding effects.
