GEJ30 Misalignment Sensor

I. Main Applications
GEJ30 Deviation Sensor (hereinafter referred to as the Deviation Sensor) is suitable for use in underground coal mines in series or parallel with intrinsic safety system circuits. "Used in circuits that have passed intrinsic safety inspection" serves as a fault detection and protection for the conveyor belt deviation of belt conveyors, integrated into the intrinsic safety system control. When the Deviation Sensor detects a deviation signal, the conveyor belt emits a deviation signal, causing the control system to shut off power and stop. The Deviation Sensor is also applicable in non-explosive ground environments, such as steel mills, cement plants, power plants, ports, and docks where belt conveyors are used.
Section 2: Environmental Conditions for Use
The bias sensor should operate reliably under the following conditions:
a. Environmental Temperature: -10℃ to 40℃, additional marking "X" according to Clause 5.1.1 of GB/T 3836.1-2021 or temperature range on the label.
b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% (+25℃).
c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80~106 KPa
d. Hazardous environment with the risk of gas and coal dust explosions in underground coal mines
e. No areas with strong vibration or impact.
f. Areas free of corrosive gases affecting non-destructive metals and insulating materials.
