CSZ-2 Speed Measuring Device

I. Main Applications

The CSZ-2 speed measuring device (hereinafter referred to as the speed measuring device) is one of the main protective devices for belt conveyors, suitable for environments with explosive hazards such as coal dust in underground coal mines. It is connected to intrinsically safe system signal control in circuits that have passed intrinsic safety testing. In the event of any malfunctions in the conveyor, the speed control system of the belt conveyor will shut down and stop operation. The speed measuring device can also be used in non-explosive sites on the ground, such as steel mills, cement plants, power plants, ports, and docks, where belt conveyors are present.

The CSZ-2 speed measuring device should operate reliably under the following conditions:

a. Environmental temperature: -20°C to +40°C

b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% at +25℃.

c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80-106 KPa

d. No areas with severe vibration or impact.

e. Coal dust and explosive gas environments underground in coal mines.

f. In environments free from severe dampness, waterlogging, or corrosive gases that damage insulation.
