KHJ1/24 Mining Emergency Lockout Switch

I. Main Applications
The KHJ1/24 mining emergency interlock switch (hereinafter referred to as the interlock switch) is one of the main protective devices for belt conveyors. It is suitable for environments with explosive gases and dust, but it must be free from mediums that can damage insulation and corrode metal. In the event of various unexpected failures along the conveyor, operators can pull the rope along the conveyor to activate the interlock switch, achieving the purpose of stopping the conveyor. The conveyor can only be restarted after the fault is resolved and the manual lock is released.
II. Environmental Conditions for Use
The lock switch should operate reliably under the following conditions:
a. Environmental temperature: -10~+40℃
b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% at (+25℃).
c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80~106 KPa
d. Applications with no significant vibration or shock.
e. Coal dust explosive mixtures are present in the underground coal mines, but there are no corrosive gases that can damage insulation.
