Sealing coatings are mostly made of composite materials, primarily consisting of metallic phases, non-metallic phases, and pores.
The metallic phases feature properties such as sprayability, bonding strength, and erosion resistance, with commonly used materials including nickel, cobalt, copper, aluminum, and their alloys.
Non-metallic phases offer wear-reduction, anti-adhesive, and self-lubricating properties, such as graphite, polyester, diatomite, etc.
