Product Description:

The main fuel for the heating furnace in the refining production process is fuel oil or fuel gas. The combustion air utilizes the waste heat from the exhaust gases of the heating furnace to configure an air preheater for preheating, aiming to achieve energy conservation and reduce consumption.

Technical Features:

1. Equipped with a row of baffled tubes in the high-temperature smoke zone, the air preheater can withstand high temperature loads and prevent the high-temperature pipe burst of the heat pipe air preheater.

2. The baffled tube air preheater is positioned in the high-temperature flue gas area, eliminating the risk of dew point corrosion.

3. The heat exchanger tubes of the baffled tube air preheater utilize a connection form with one end fixed and the other end freely sealed, allowing for free expansion.

4. The heat pipe air preheater is arranged in the low-temperature flue gas area, with a high wall temperature on the heat exchange surface of the heat pipe, thus avoiding dew point corrosion.

5. The heat pipes operate individually; the failure of a single heat pipe does not affect the others or the entire unit, and will not cause forced shutdown.

6. Heat exchange tubes can be replaced individually or as a set, making maintenance convenient.
