Product Description:
The system employs a dual-pressure, natural circulation, and external waste heat recovery system. It utilizes the heat from the first and second stages of the air-cooled circulating fan exhaust gas to generate steam, achieving the purpose of waste heat recovery. Typically, after a 280m2 air-cooled circulating fan recovers the first and second stage heat, it can produce approximately 28t/h of superheated steam at 1.4MPa and 300 degrees.
Technical Features:
The waste heat boiler utilizes a vertical, dual-pressure natural circulation structure; flue gas is extracted from the high and medium temperature sections of the ring cooler, with the high temperature section and medium temperature section entering separate heat exchangers. The mixed flue gas then proceeds to the subsequent equipment of the waste heat boiler. The flue gas flows upwards and exits downwards, with the flue and air system employing waste air recirculation. The boiler evaporator and economizer use spiral finned tubes.
