Sintering machine external flue gas economizer with both heat pipe and tube-in-tube configurations available; considering the corrosion issues caused by condensation of acidic gases like SO2 in sintering off-gases at low temperatures on equipment such as the sintering machine's main flue, dust collector, and main exhaust fan, the outlet temperature of the sintering machine's tail gas waste heat recovery unit must be controlled between 170-190°C.
