Product Name
NR-7 Fluorosilicon·Titanium Porcelain (One-Component)
Product Introduction
Titanium porcelain is primarily composed of silicate materials, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, and rare earth compounds. It combines the flexibility, strong adhesion, and ease of application of traditional organic coatings with the fire resistance, non-toxic environmental friendliness, corrosion resistance, and high hardness self-cleaning properties of inorganic ceramic coatings. Particularly, there are no toxic volatile emissions released throughout the entire reaction system, truly achieving green environmental protection.
Product Features
Excellent corrosion resistanceResistant to strong acids, alkalis, and salt corrosion; salt mist resistance up to 4,000 hours.
High hardness and wear resistanceThe hardness can reach 4-9H, and the wear resistance can be up to 25 times that of fluorocarbon paint.
Green and environmentally friendlyFree of toxic VOCs and heavy metals
Grade A fire-resistantTemperatures up to 300℃-1200℃; conforms to National Standard GB8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products."
