Luo Bao Anti-corrosion Coating NR-7: The fluorosilicate anti-corrosion pipeline NR-7 is a new type of pipeline with strong anti-corrosion performance and long service life. The anti-corrosion material used in this achievement is a high-tech product jointly developed by our company and Shandong universities, the IPN (Interpenetrating Polymer Network) polymer Luo Bao NR-7 high-penetrating fluorosilicate polyester (patent application submitted), which has also passed national and Korean inspections and meets Korean national drinking water hygiene standards. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C and resist various corrosive acids, bases, salts, and more. Compared to existing anti-corrosion pipelines, this product not only boasts excellent anti-corrosion properties but also offers: ultra-long service life, simple production process, low equipment investment, and reliable on-site construction interface anti-corrosion methods. Moreover, its anti-corrosion performance can match that of pipeline anti-corrosion in terms of both properties and lifespan. The interface anti-corrosion technology has been patented, filling a gap in the industry. It can be constructed without any additional conditions in everyday environments, thereby solving the current problem of interface anti-corrosion not matching pipeline lifespan and extending the pipeline's service life.
