Fluorosilicate Glass Flake Anticorrosive Coating (Patent Application in National Level) - This anticorrosive coating utilizes a base material: a patent product with internationally advanced technology - the Robo NR-7LP series highly penetrative fluorosilicate anticorrosive resin (IPN interpenetrating network polymer) as the base (single-component), compounded with glass flake and other nano materials. It employs a unique spraying and brushing application process, allowing the composite material to react with water molecules in the air under the presence of oxygen, resulting in a solidified state with properties and effects comparable to ceramics. Advantages include: single-component fluorosilicate resin, without the addition of flammable solvents during application, heat resistance up to 300℃ with fire-retardant properties, simple application technology, suitable for spraying and rolling, short application time (1/3 of traditional glass flake mortar anticorrosive application time), excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance to various acids, alkalis, and salts, high hardness (Shore D 93) and toughness, making it less prone to damage and cracking, with simple and cost-effective subsequent maintenance processes. The surface coating contains graphene-infused nano fluorosilicate composite resin; for special wear resistance requirements, fluorosilicate anticorrosive materials with added carbon fiber components can be sprayed. This makes the inner surface of desulfurization towers exceptionally hard, strong, smooth, and wear-resistant, reducing slurry adhesion, thus extending the service life. Suitable for application in temperatures as low as -50℃, and to distinguish from other series of glass flake anticorrosive coatings, the fluorosilicate glass flake is colored with a sky (phthalocyanine) blue.
