Product Name
NR-7 Insulation Grade A Fireproof Aluminum Silicate Paste (Insulated Pipeline) (One-Component)
Product Introduction
Based on fire safety requirements: Insulating materials used for internal building thermal insulation pipes must be fire-resistant Class A materials. Specially introduced: Luobao NR-7 Aluminum Silicate Paste (Type G) organic anticorrosive insulating material. Luobao NR-7 Aluminum Silicate Insulating Paste Series. The paste is a thickened material made by mixing aluminum silicate fibers as the main ingredient, water as the dispersing medium, and rare earth and other additives. It is directly applied to the working surface, dried, and then serves as an insulating and heat-insulating layer. It is available in J, Y, and G types. The J type is mainly used for external wall insulation of buildings. The Y type is mainly used for external wall insulation of buildings, stairwells, and roof insulation. The G type is mainly used for industrial equipment pipeline insulation. This product combines insulation, heat insulation, anticorrosion, noise reduction, and fire resistance into one, and is widely used for equipment and pipeline insulation in industries such as electricity, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, boilers, textiles, construction, and transportation, with a temperature range of -40 to 1200°C. Product features: 1. Light dry density, low thermal conductivity, and excellent insulation effect. 2. Strong adhesion, can be bonded to various substrates. 3. Withstanding high and low temperatures, performance is stable between -50°C and 200°C. 4. Inorganic material with good weather resistance, non-combustible. Fire rating A1. 5. Paste products dry naturally without solidifying. Drying time: April and October, about 2-3 days; May to September, about 1-2 days. 6. Non-corrosive, acid and alkali resistant, non-toxic, odorless, green and environmentally friendly.
Product Features
Alumina Silicate Insulating Mortar (Type G) Main Performance Indicators
1. The Alumino Silicate Insulation Material (Type G) is the new generation of thermal insulation coating following the traditional silicate insulation mortar.
2. Low dry bulk density, low thermal conductivity, and thin usage thickness. Generally, the coating thickness is 1-1.5 cm at 100℃, and under the same insulation conditions, the comprehensive cost is lower than that of traditional materials.
3. Strong Adhesion: Dries and sets without peeling, cracking, or joints. Equipment rotation and vibration are unaffected.
4. Environmental Protection: Fully inorganic materials, non-toxic, non-polluting, acid and alkali resistant, non-corrosive, fire-retardant and non-flammable, anti-aging, with a long service life.
5. Aluminum silicate thermal insulation mortar (G) offers superior thermal insulation properties compared to traditional thermal insulation mortars; it is easier and faster to apply; has a longer service life, and is more convenient for equipment and pipeline maintenance.
6. When traditional rock wool, alumina silicate wool felt, and other fiber materials achieve the same temperature insulation requirements as silicate-based thermal insulation mortars, the thickness of the alumina silicate thermal insulation mortar layer is only one-third or one-half of the rock wool and alumina silicate wool felt material thickness, and one-third or one-fifth of the thickness of traditional silicate-based thermal insulation mortars, saving materials and reducing coating thickness.
