Insulating pipelines for oil solve the defect of joint gaps caused by waterproof caps during construction, especially when the waterproof caps adhere to the outer sheath, which is difficult to clean. This not only increases the construction difficulty but also makes it hard to pass the airtightness test, posing a quality risk.
Product Features
Utilize NR-7GD fluoro-silicone corrosion-resistant coating to prevent corrosion for one meter at both ends of the pipeline (currently overall corrosion prevention for oil pipelines). After foam insulation, coat the insulated ends with NR-7 for waterproof reinforcement [as a substitute for the waterproof cap]. Upon arrival at the construction site, install and weld the pipeline, then grind, rust, and oil and water from the焊接 area. Apply the same fluoro-silicone coating to the weld joint area for corrosion prevention. Re-coat the foam port with NR-7 (due to unavoidable knocks during transportation and installation, the original waterproof protective layer may be damaged) to enhance waterproofing. Then, install a heat-shrink sleeve, perform a gas-tightness test, and seal the foam after passing the inspection.

3: Due to the reinforced waterproofing technology applied to the insulation ports of the thermal insulation pipes, even in the event of leakage, it will not spread to both sides (with a leakage rate of 0.017, which can be ignored during the heating operation). This technology effectively strengthens the insulation, corrosion prevention, and waterproofing protection of the weld joints. With process support, it ensures the service life of the pipe joints.
