Instrument Application

Used to measure the tensile strength and elongation at break of various large-diameter synthetic fibers, single yarns, ropes, threads, flax, glass fibers, etc. Also tests the breaking strength and elongation at break of various textiles, non-wovens, artificial leather, plastic filaments and woven plastics, zippers, and tungsten (molybdenum) wires, as well as tear tests, peel tests, elastic recovery tests, seam strength tests, load-deflection tests, and elongation strength tests at constant loads.
