Section 1: Coal Powder Sampler Usage
The Coal Powder Sampler is a custom-designed professional automated sampling equipment tailored for the coal powder sampling issue in the direct blowing mill system of thermal power plants. It is a sampler powered by compressed air that can operate continuously without interruption. It is suitable for regular coal powder sampling on the primary coal powder pipeline of the direct blowing mill system, primarily relying on the equal circular ring area sampling method, ensuring the collected samples are representative.
Due to equipment wear and changes in coal type, the fineness of the coal will undergo significant changes, affecting the economic operation of the boiler. Therefore, regular sampling and testing of coal powder fineness are used as the basis for adjusting the opening of the whole separator deflector gate and replacing worn-out equipment components in a timely manner.
The product utilizes compressed air for automatic blowing and a suction pump for automatic sampling, preventing clogging issues at the sampling port and ensuring easy sampling. The sampling speed is controlled by adjusting the compressed air pressure. This method provides a more accurate coal powder fineness value. The sampling tube moves forward or backward at a constant speed to achieve comprehensive sampling of the entire circular cross-sectional area within the pipeline.

Section 4: Coal Powder Sampling Device Product Features
1. Timed Sampling; This equipment is equipped with a microcomputer timer switch, which automatically samples within the set time frame, shuts off automatically after sampling is complete, significantly saving energy. Operators simply need to collect the sample in front of the sampler after the set sampling time has elapsed. For instance, if an operator sets the sampling time to 9 AM, with a 10-minute sampling duration (adjustable), the operator would only need to collect the sample at 9:10 AM. No further action is required, greatly reducing the operator's labor intensity and enhancing sampling efficiency. The timer switch can be set for 16 timed samplings per day, meaning it can be programmed for 16 automatic samplings.
2. Spot Sampling; the sampler is equipped with a programmable system, allowing for any sampling length to be set. For instance, if the sampling length is set to 600mm, the sampler will uniformly collect samples up to 600mm from the pipe wall, automatically retracting into the protective tube and positioning itself outside the coal powder airflow, resulting in minimal wear and extended lifespan.
3. Auto-sweeping; to prevent clogging of the sampling tube, the equipment must undergo an auto-sweeping process after each automatic sampling, with the sweep time adjustable.
V. Features of Coal Powder Sampler
The sampling speed of the coal powder sampler is controlled by adjusting the pressure of compressed air. This ensures a more accurate, representative, and uniform coal powder fineness value.
2. Unique leak-proof interface, no leakage or powder overflow.
3. Made of stainless steel, non-clogging, non-corrosive.
4. The sampling gun can be retracted into the protective tube, placed outside the coal powder airflow, with minimal wear and a long service life.
1 person operation, 2-minute sampling, anytime, quick, and easy work.
Section 6: Coal Powder Sampler Installation Steps
This equipment features a unique design concept, effectively integrating the exhaust gas pipe with the sampling tube. Installation requires only welding a single connecting pipe.
1. Compressed air is required on-site.
2. Installation Location: Installed on the vertical section of the coal powder pipeline.
3. Holes: Drill two 50mm diameter mounting holes on the coal powder pipe.
4. Determine the length of the fixed pipe and the travel distance of the sampling gun based on the coal powder pipeline diameter.
5. Weld the fixed tube securely to ensure smooth entry and exit for the sampling gun.
