The Galaxy Horizontal Drum Organic Fertilizer Fermenter is a rotating drum composting machine with a load capacity of 70% of the drum's total volume. It features a fixed feeding end and an opening for loading. The system includes a material crusher, vertical mixing blender, drum fermenter, conveyor, turner, sifter, and baling machine. The composters are fixed at both ends of the frame, with only the container itself rotating. Air enters from the feeding end and exits from the discharge end. The fermenter is supported by four solid steel wheels and driven by two friction drives. The fermenter does not require heating and relies on the aerobic fermentation of organic waste like feces, which heats up to 60-65 degrees Celsius. The drum fermenter operates continuously for 24 hours with stable performance, low operation costs, and utilizes the aerobic dynamic fermentation of the material. The fermentation process is controlled through temperature sensors and a ventilation system. The daily processing capacity ranges from 2 to 47 cubic meters, with volume specifications from 12 to 200 cubic meters, and daily output from 1 to 20 tons. Multiple units can be combined as needed. The equipment is fully sterilized and disinfected at high temperatures, reducing moisture content, achieving effective and rapid treatment of fecal matter, and reaching the goals of reduction and stabilization. The equipment uses a relatively sealed reactor, has no impact on the surrounding environment, and emits no secondary pollution such as odors. It effectively controls environmental harm from the source. The equipment has a large appetite and is not picky, capable of treating agricultural and food waste such as kitchen waste, feces, straw, rotten vegetables, and dead poultry, turning waste into treasure. It is a biologic organic matter treatment technology suitable for China's national conditions and can be implemented and used on a large scale.
