Slicer

The Condensation Crystallization Slicer is designed to slice heated liquid raw materials. It accomplishes this by rotating the liquid in the equipment's trough with a stainless steel cooling roller, which adheres to a front adjustable slicing blade unit, where it is then sliced. This process converts the liquid into solid sheet material through cooling by the blade. Additionally, it can also slice raw materials that have been cooled and crystallized into solids.
