
Storage Chip 24C02 Description:
The 24C02 is an electrically erasable PROM, featuring a 256 X 8 (2K bits) organization and a two-wire serial interface. The voltage is permissible as low as 1.8V, with standby current and operating current of 1μA and 1mA, respectively. The 24C02 has page write capability, with each page consisting of 8 bytes. It is available in both 8-pin DIP and 8-pin SOP package formats.
