
Description of 24C04:
The 24C04 is an electrically erasable PROM, featuring a 512 X 8 (4K bits) organization and a two-wire serial interface. It operates at a voltage as low as 1.8V, with standby current at 1μA and operating current at 1mA. The 24C04 has page write capability, with each page consisting of 16 bytes. It is available in both DIP-8 and SOP-8 package types.
