HRLYQ Passive Rainwater and Sewage Separation System, available in three materials: ABS or PE injection molding, and stainless steel welding. The system is equipped with control rods, baffles, liquid level control balls, filter meshes, throttle pipes, and more, ensuring automatic separation of rainwater and sewage from balcony drainage pipes. This ensures that laundry wastewater from balconies and initial rainfall from roofs is分流 to the sewage network, purifying rivers and preventing excessive rainwater from entering the sewage system, achieving source control and pollution interception at the front end of the rainwater network. The product is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, high-strength, shock-resistant, with easy进出口 connections for convenient connection with roof water pipes. Construction is extremely simple, allowing for installation above or below ground.

Operating Principle

On sunny days: The main discharge from the sewage pipe is balcony waste water, with a relatively small volume. After entering the diverter, due to the lower position of the sewage outlet, the water flows into the sewage pipe.

During rainy weather: A significant amount of water enters, causing the water level in the diverter to rise. The float ball rises due to buoyancy, triggering the联动装置 to close the sewage outlet, allowing rainwater to enter the stormwater pipe. Therefore, on sunny days, balcony wastewater can flow through this "miracle" into the sewage pipe; upon rainy days, the automatic switching mode is activated, closing the sewage pipe inlet, and directing rainwater into the stormwater pipe. It is generally best to close the sewage outlet after continuous rainfall for about 5 minutes. Initially, rainwater dissolves a large amount of acidic gases in the air and road dust, etc., making the pollution level higher, which is suitable for entering the sewage pipe.
