Product Application

The Rainwater Retention Tank Intelligent Jet is a specialized intelligent flushing device designed for retention tanks. It uses gas-liquid mixing to aerate, stir, and then remove the settled sludge in the wastewater within the retention tank, once it becomes suspended particles. After the wastewater in the retention tank is drained, the bottom of the tank is then flushed. The Rainwater Retention Tank Intelligent Jet can not only perform automatic surface flushing but also targeted flushing.

Product Innovation

Product Structure

The intelligent jet system for rainwater storage ponds includes: the main body of the intelligent jet, level sensor, high-definition camera, and control system. The main body of the intelligent jet for rainwater storage ponds is mainly composed of a rotating driver, fixed support bracket, pump, rotating joint, outlet pipe, air-liquid mixing chamber, nozzle, and intake pipe, etc. The equipment primarily utilizes the Venturi principle as the design basis.

Operation Principle: When there is a certain depth of water in the reservoir, the intelligent spray nozzle of the rainwater storage tank is controlled by the control system to spray a gas-liquid mixture at regular intervals. This aeration process in the water body within the storage tank helps to degrade the COD content in the water, thereby greatly minimizing any residual odor in the storage tank.

During the drainage of the submersible pump at the bottom of the regulating pond, when the installed level sensor detects the water level of the regulating pond has reached the set level, the intelligent control system activates the smart jet nozzle of the rainwater regulating pond to rotate within a 0~260° range while agitating the pond. This keeps the sediment at the bottom in a suspended state. Simultaneously, the submersible pump extracts the suspended wastewater to prevent re-deposition of solids at the bottom of the pond.

When the water in the reservoir is nearly depleted, the intelligent jet of the rainwater retention pond uses the water from the collection pit to perform a powerful flush of the bottom of the retention pond. The flushed wastewater is then pumped out of the retention pond by the submersible pump in the collection pit.

High-definition cameras configured in the reservoir can automatically capture the bottom images of the reservoir, and the intelligent control system grids the captured images into intelligent areas. When it detects uncleaned debris in a certain area, it automatically sends a control signal to the intelligent jet sprayer of the reservoir to target and wash the debris in that area.

Product Features

(1) The intelligent jet for rainwater storage pond has a high degree of automation, fully automating the flushing process of the storage pond, allowing for unattended operation.

(2) The intelligent mist spray system ensures a high level of cleanliness. It aerates the water during the storage process to prevent the generation of toxic gases and odors. During the draining phase, it agitates the water to mix sediments at the bottom with污水, which are then pumped out. Later, it employs rotational and point-to-point cleaning to ensure the bottom of the pool is completely clean.

(3) The intelligent jet for rainwater storage ponds is primarily made of stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance, low maintenance costs, and a long service life.

(4) The rotary drive and jet pump are both of branded models, with IP68 protection level, ensuring safe and reliable use.

(5) The intelligent jet for rainwater storage ponds can be directly installed on the concrete ground of the storage pond using chemical anchor bolts, which is easy to install and requires no pre-buried installation components.

(6) Upon the intelligent control system detecting that the bottom of the reservoir has been thoroughly flushed or the water in the collecting pit has been depleted, the rainwater storage tank's intelligent jetter's flushing sludge pump will automatically cease operation.
